Strategic development, international membership growth and relationship building come together in Pinchbeck Marketing & Advisory’s work with SBC Global Alliance, an international association of independent accounting, tax and business advisory firms.

James Pinchbeck, Founder and Director of Pinchbeck Marketing & Advisory, supports the association’s development and member engagement, working closely with its leadership and firms around the world.

Most recently, this included leading the organisation, coordination and hosting of the joint 2026 SBC Global Alliance and ASNAF International World Conference, held in El Gouna, Egypt, from 1–3 October.

Bringing an international community together

The conference provided an opportunity for members to strengthen relationships, renew friendships, share knowledge and explore cross-border collaboration.

The programme covered AI and the future of professional services, geopolitical developments, international trade, practice growth and opportunities to support clients doing business internationally.

Alongside the formal sessions, time together helped members develop the personal connections that underpin introductions, referrals and collaboration between independent firms.

Connecting the conference with the wider strategy

The event also provided a forum to discuss SBC Global Alliance’s future direction, including extending its international representation, strengthening participation and creating greater value for members.

For James, the conference formed part of an ongoing programme of strategic development and engagement. Bringing members together created opportunities to share priorities, hear different perspectives and build support for the association’s next stage.

Further development includes closer collaboration with ASNAF International and strengthening connections between the two associations.

The importance of local collaboration

Delivering an international conference depends on strong partnerships and effective local organisation.

Particular thanks go to Hani Kozman and the team at host firm Kozman & Co. for their hospitality, attention to detail and invaluable support in Egypt. Their contribution was central to welcoming delegates and ensuring the conference ran smoothly.

From strategy to delivery

The engagement illustrates how Pinchbeck Marketing & Advisory’s work combines strategic advisory, international business development, member engagement and practical delivery.

Understanding an organisation’s ambitions is the starting point. Building relationships, engaging stakeholders and coordinating activity help turn those ambitions into progress.
